TERMS OF SERVICE
(BASIC)

In order to use my services, the client must read, understand and agree to all the Terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. All info and prices provided is subject to changes, revisions, editing and additions without prior notice.I am willing to draw characters of all kinds! I am willing to accept mostly animals, fantasy creatures and anthropomorphic animals than humans.What I won’t do:
-Cub;
-Political or religious illustrations;
-Drawings with offenses of any kind;
-Drawings with themes of sexual abuse, pedophilia or zoophilia.Extra taxes
-More than one character;
-Complexity (wings, backgrounds, mechanical parts, etc);
-Background;

1) Displayed base prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty, size and medium of each individual piece;2) You must be at least 18 years old in order to commission any artwork from me;3) Payments are accepted in USD only, through Paypal. Payment is in full upfront, through PayPal invoicing;4) Deadline is 1 month per piece, after payment is received. If the Artist needs more time, the Client will be advised;5) The Client may not profit from the artwork/ reproduce/using the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning cannot make Money of it in any way);6) Max up to 3 alterations on sketch phase.Changes after painting starts will not be accepted!7) No Refunds;8) All commissions will be posted on my social media and become one of my portfolio;9) I have the right to refuse a commission if I am not comfortable or confident about doing them with my abilities;10) Upon paying the invoice, you are agreeing to the terms presented above.* For the full Terms of Service you may go here: Terms of Service

HOW TO ORDER

Message trough Telegram (t.me/Akaizerart), Twitter or Email(links are at the bottom of the site page). Send a message containing:1) PayPal Email (To send the invoice);2) Type of commission (Portrait, Half Body, etc.) and style of art ( Sketch, Lineart, etc.);3) Character references and name (Links and images of you character);4) Any additional information you feel relevant such as gender/pronouns, species, clothing style, how many fingers, etc;5) Will your commission have a background? If yes, please describe it. (Remember I do only simple backgrounds!);6) Preferred contact method such as Telegram/Email.After you send this form I'll give you a free quote for you( It changes depending on complexity!). If you agree to the rates I'll send the invoice to your paypal email.* Please, make sure you references are comprehensive!!
